Sprint 1 closed with the badge-event ingestion pipeline working end-to-end in staging. The external auditor (Meridian & Cole) reviewed and signed off the override-approval record design against 2027 FDA audit expectations, so Sprint 2's audit log view is being built against a validated shape rather than an internal guess. Ines Novak joined for Sprint 2 to design the override-approval and audit-export screens. At the group level, the quarterly Steering Committee confirmed Phase 1 budget is on track and flagged interest in Hive OS as a template for Umbrella Pharmaceuticals' and Umbrella Consumer Health's own legacy plant-ops systems, contingent on a clean Raccoon City pilot cutover.
