Stakeholders

One-paragraph purpose: who’s who on Umbrella Corporation, client-side and Loomery-side, so any AI session can address people correctly and knows who to route decisions through.

Client-side

  • Sarah Chen — VP of R&D Operations. Executive sponsor for Hive OS; owns the business case and is the final escalation point on scope. Email: sarah.chen@umbrellacorp.com. (source: Google Drive, “Umbrella × Loomery — SOW v1.2”; Granola note “Kickoff”, 2026-06-15)
  • Priya Anand — Head of Compliance & Quality. Set the audit-trail requirement driving the whole engagement; the primary approver on anything touching sample chain-of-custody. (source: Granola note “Phase 1 Scope Review”, 2026-07-30)
  • Marcus Webb — Director of IT, Applied Biosciences. Owns UMBRA today and the legacy Oracle estate; the main technical counterpart for the strangler-fig cutover plan. (source: Granola note “Discovery: Facility Access Workflows”, 2026-07-02)
  • Daniel Osei — Engineering Lead, client-side. Reviews API contracts and owns the Okta SSO integration on Umbrella’s side. (source: Granola note “Sprint 1 Planning”, 2026-08-06)
  • Grace Kowalski — Product Owner, Hive OS. Day-to-day contact for backlog prioritisation and sprint ceremonies; primary poster in #umbrella-loomery. (source: Slack umbrella-loomery, channel creation record, 2026-06-01; Granola notes, Sprint 1 planning and review, 2026-08-06 and 2026-08-13)

Group-level (parent corporation)

Umbrella Corporation’s Applied Biosciences division sits inside a larger group that also runs Umbrella Pharmaceuticals and Umbrella Consumer Health; Hive OS is being watched by the group as a template for the other two divisions’ own ageing lab and plant-ops systems, which is why group finance and the group CIO’s office both showed up at the steering committee rather than leaving this as a divisional project.

  • Robert Kaine — Group CFO. Chairs the quarterly steering committee; holds the budget line Hive OS is funded from and the one who would have to approve extending it to the other two divisions. (source: Granola note “Group Steering Committee — Q3 Review”, 2026-08-14)
  • Wendy Ashford — Group CIO. Attends the steering committee as the sponsor evaluating whether Hive OS becomes the group-wide lab/plant-ops template; not involved in Phase 1 delivery decisions. (source: Granola note “Group Steering Committee — Q3 Review”, 2026-08-14)
  • Trevor Lindqvist — Lead auditor, Meridian & Cole (external audit firm engaged by Priya Anand’s team ahead of the 2027 FDA cycle). Consulted on what Hive OS’s audit export needs to prove; not a day-to-day contact. (source: Granola note “Audit Readiness Sync”, 2026-08-11)

Loomery-side

  • Patrick Bishop — led the proposal and SOW sign-off call. (source: Google Drive, “Umbrella × Loomery — SOW v1.2”; Granola note “SOW Sign-Off Call”, 2026-05-20)
  • Brett Thornton — Director on this engagement; created the engagement’s Slack channel and Linear project. Email: brett@loomery.com. (source: Slack umbrella-loomery channel creation record, 2026-06-01; Linear project HIVE, created 2026-06-01)
  • Milly Allatson — Product Manager, this engagement. Runs sprint ceremonies with Grace. Email: milly@loomery.com. (source: Granola notes, Sprint 1 planning and review, 2026-08-06 and 2026-08-13)
  • Tom Holmes — Engineer, this engagement. Email: tom@loomery.com. (source: Linear project HIVE, issue assignments; Slack channel membership)
  • Will Rocha-Thomas — supporting the project as needed. Email: will@loomery.com. (source: Slack channel membership)
  • Ines Novak — Product Designer, joined for Sprint 2 to design the override-approval flow and the audit-export screens. Email: ines@loomery.com. (source: Granola note “Sprint 1 Review / Sprint 2 Planning”, 2026-08-13)
